Where does Lumi & Co ship to?

We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll get your order to you. Full tracking is provided on every shipment.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times: domestic 3–7 business days, international 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@shoplumistyle.com. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify it, but our returns process is easy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and full refund.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at hello@shoplumistyle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a prepaid return label where available.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Do I need an account to shop at Lumi & Co?

No account is required — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your addresses, and access your order history easily.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use that number on the carrier's website to track your delivery in real time.
