# Refund Policy

At Lumi & Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

## 30-Day Return Policy

You have **30 days** from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened skincare products (serums, creams, masks)
- Used beauty devices where the hygiene seal has been broken
- Gift cards

## How to Start a Return

1. Email us at **hello@lumiandco.com** with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

## Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at **hello@lumiandco.com**.

## Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

## Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at **hello@lumiandco.com**.
