  1. Cleanse your face and apply your favorite serum or conductive gel.
  2. Place the mask over your face and adjust it to fit.
  3. Turn on with the remote, starting at the lowest intensity, and increase gradually to a comfortable level.
  4. Follow the included instructions for session time. Turn off, remove and clean the mask after use.
